Terms of Use
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of Gather (the “Service”), a free, browser-based wedding seating planner operated by GEBISO GmbH. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Gather is provided free of charge and runs entirely in your browser. Your planning data is stored locally on your device; we do not host accounts or store your guest lists on our servers. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping your own backups (for example by exporting to CSV). If you enter personal data about third parties, such as your guests, you are responsible for doing so lawfully. Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Because data is stored only in your browser, clearing your browser storage or losing your device will delete your plan. We do not guarantee that the automatic seating arrangement is optimal or error-free.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GEBISO GmbH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Mandatory statutory liability — in particular under the German Product Liability Act, for injury to life, body or health, and for intent or gross negligence — remains unaffected.
6. Governing law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered seat of GEBISO GmbH.
